Only the administrator of the dashboard can create accounts for new users. If you're not the administrator or you don't know who is your admin: go to Access settings to find out who your admin is. Please, contact them to create a new account for your colleague.
If you have an administrator account:
1. Go to Access settings on the bottom left of your IO dashboard.
2. Add your teammate’s email, select the type of account, and project name in the corresponding field. Choose which extra reports will be visible to the user (if your dashboard has them).
Please, note the administrator accounts will have access to all extra reports by default (Headline tests, Subscriptions, and Holding).
You can create multiple accounts at once, adding more rows with the "Add another user" button. Your colleagues will receive invitation emails after you click "Sent invites".
For existing users: it's possible to change the type of account, edit the projects list. Changing the domains list and activating extra reports will apply changes only to your current dashboard.
